We always focus on providing a seamless shopping experience to our customers. However, in case of repair, maintenance, or a technical glitch, we may suspend our services for any duration. Our services may also suspend in case of network errors at the backend.

When using Tuberose’s services, users have the right to place comments, product reviews, or contact us via email, given that the content is respectful and doesn't contain any false language. Tuberose holds the right to delete irrelevant comments and reviews from the website if they contain any obscene, disrespectful, or false language. 

 

5. Membership Charges

Tuberose doesn't ask users for any membership charges at all. You can create an account at Tuberose for free. In case you pay for membership charges, when approached by anyone under Tuberose’'s name, we could not be held responsible for issuing any refund. At Tuberose, you only have to pay for the orders you've purchased from the store.
